If cancelling your conference registration (including registration for for Pre- and Post- Conference Tours) on or before Friday 19 March 2010 you are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid, less an $88 administration fee. After 19 March, no refunds are available however substitute delegates may be sent. ALL cancellations made must be in writing to the conference secretariat via fax or email.
