Delegates please note: We are conscious of the environment and the amount of waste a conference like this can generate – please note the following points.

·        We will not be issuing any paper items at the conference. A conference App will be provided that will include access to all conference information. If you would prefer a paper program please print your own prior and bring along.

·        Recycled nametags will be used and we’ll be asking you to return them afterwards for further recycling.

·        Please bring your own water bottle so that you may re-fill it during the conference and reduce the need for disposable cups and/or the washing of glasses.

·        The parallel paper presentations program, which will be sent early next week, will also be made available on the Delegate App with only a small number of hard copies to be provided at the registration desk.
