REGISTRATION FEES
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax.

* Any delegate registered under the member rate who is not a financial member of Australia ICOMOS will be moved to the non-member rate and automatically charged the standard fee.

** Students will be required to send a copy of their Student ID to the Secretariat in order to qualify for the Student Registration rate. This registration rate does not include attendance at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening, the Evening Lecture on Wednesday nor the Surprise Farewell Function on Friday evening.

***All speakers are required to register by the 20th April 2009.

Method of Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express)
  • Cheque made payable to Conexion Event Management
  • International Bank Draft payable to Conexion Event Management.

Payment must be in Australian Dollars, payable on an Australian bank and free from all charges.

Please note that debits to your credit card will appear on your statement as Conexion Event Management.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend, a replacement delegate will be welcomed at no charge. If a cancellation is received in writing before the 1 June 2009 a full refund of the registration and the accommodation deposit, less 20% administration fee, will be charged. If a cancellation is received in writing on or after 1 June 2009 a refund of the registration, less 50% administration fee and the accommodation deposit, will be charged. There will be NO refunds payable after 26 June 2009.

CPD Hours for Architects in NSW

NSW Architects that attend the conference will be eligibility to claim 2 informal CPD hours towards their Continuing Professional Development Education. For more information please click here to visit the NSW Architects Registration Board.
