If cancelling your registration on or before Friday 27 September 2013, you are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid less a $110 administration fee. After 27 September, no refunds are available, however substitute delegates may be sent. ALL cancellations made must be in writing to the Conference Secretariat via fax or email.
