Katie is an experienced cultural heritage and native title lawyer with degrees in law, environmental law and anthropology. After working for over 15 years in Native Title and cultural heritage she has more recently broadened her interests with research into cultural heritage law in Southeast Asia.  Working with researchers from the IRCI, Japan she has developed a detailed overview of ICH legislation in the region.
