SUMMARY INFO – Pre and post conference tour information
The post conference tour has been arranged with special guides who have insight into the heritage values and conservation issues of the tour sites. Check the Program page for specific tour times.
Day 1: Saturday 6 October
Bus from Suva to Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park + Momi Battery Historic Park. Tour ends in Lautoka. Dinner and overnight accommodation in Lautoka.
Lautoka Sugar Mill
Day 2: Sunday 7 October
Hidden heritage treasures of the Lautoka region and site visit to the Lautoka Sugar Mill (established 1903). A coach will take delegates from Lautoka Sugar Mill to Nadi Airport.
